I know you are taking a break from blogging and facebook, but I am hoping you still spy in on blogs from time to time. Your Uncle came through Faro! He left us a note at the restaurant! Next time, tell Frank to stop in and say hi! What a great small world this is.

Hi Kara, I had missed your post (my blog reading dropped dramatically during my hiatus) until your comment. When I read it I was wondering what Uncle it could possibly be as one doesn't travel since a stroke, another would only be traveling with my parents, and while it's hard to keep track of the other Uncle's travels they are usually off to Europe Asia or Africa.
So I searched out this post, and laughed. Technically Frank is an Uncle-in-law which is why I hadn't put two and two together. And I remember that he said he was going to be in Faro so I said for him to say hello. Too bad you missed him, as he is a really good sort.
He was in Whitehorse with the Cadets. I did get caught up on your blog searching for this. Congratulations on the upcoming wee spawn. Hope the nausea passes soon.
