More Back Yard Progress

There is never a lack of work to do around our place this year. The backyard is looking fantastic and our hard work is definitely showing.

My beautiful grass! Just a couple of bags of seed and a bit of fertilizer:

It is still a bit patchy, but once I get back from vacation I will add more seed:

Matt has been busy every evening making the planter boxes to go around each level. They will serve dual purpose- a place for me to put lovely flowers and perhaps some veggies and to also keep the kids from falling over the edge! They are looking amazing:

First planter box has been placed! There are actually two out there now, one more needs to be moved back and by tonight there should be another three built.
